Welcome to my world of hand poured baits. Here you can learn about the benefits of hand poured baits. I have been a bass angler for 25+ years and I have used both injected and hand poured soft plastic baits. Even though both will catch fish I have found that in many cases the hand pour out produces the injected baits when conditions are tough. I began creating my own hand pours when it became hard to find the baits I wanted to use in the injected world. I wanted baits that were soft and supple that bass would hold onto just a little longer. Well as I began creating my baits I found that soft was good but softer was much better.

I soon began pouring custom requests for baits that anglers used years earlier that they could not find any more. They would bring in an old bait and I would have molds made for them. Then the anglers would ask if I could make this color scheme or that color scheme. I began to realize that hand pouring baits was not just making baits but it was also an art. I have come to feel and think like an artist every time I begin to make baits. Gosh, the colors some anglers can come up with is strange to say the least...lol. I have fished with my baits for nine years, and each time I use them there is a new experience. I still find it amazing to watch my line jump and the fish begin swimming off not even considering rejecting or spitting it out.

You have to remember these baits are soft, very soft. Fish hold on to them longer so you will go through a greater quanity of baits. Injection formed baits are rubbery & tough by comparison filled with filler materials such as an over abundance of salt. These fillers make the bait heavy & stiff. The other reason big bait company's use fillers is its cheaper than the plastic. Its just another way to cut cost & increase profit. There are no fillers in our baits & all of ours float higher by comparison. Even our 19" gag worm when stitched with 6 #5 EWG Gamagatsu hooks floats!

The simple fact is we build the best product we can, by fishermen, for fishermen.
